COATINGS:

CAFCO 800

• Can be used to coat lower-density dry and wet mix products.
• Provides the highest degree of damage and abrasion resistance of all the Cafco products; locks down loose particulates resulting from abuse.
• Ideal for indirect weather exposure and where a rigid, tough, cement-like finish is needed.

CAFCO TOP-COTE

• Water-based, permeable surface coating designed to provide differing degrees of flexibility and abrasion resistance.
• A wide variety of textures and abrasion resistance levels can be achieved.
• Ideal for indirect weather exposure and high-wear applications such as covered parking garages, elevator shafts, mechanical rooms, and work centres.
• Has a pleasing finish, so can be used where an attractive and resilient surface coating is required.

SEALANTS:

CAFCO BOND-SEAL

• Inexpensive and has a speedy installation.
• Ideal for elevator shafts, mechanical rooms, areas next to air shafts, and anywhere high velocity air flow or vibration occurs.
• Dries clear but can be tinted to meet job site requirements.

CAFCO BOND-SEAL TYPE X

• A green-tinted water based surface encapsulant used as a lock down after abatement.
• Can be applied as a surface sealer over spray-applied fire resistive materials to identify areas of abatement or re-spray.
• Green tint allows for easy identification of these areas to facilitate repairs.
